In my case, NO, even though I told them I would be out of town. I just missed it by 2 days but they wouldn't budge. So I needed to sort it out myself, whatever that is.

Has anyone had any trouble getting the NSW $3,000 rebate? I got an email on 8/21 confirming my application was approved and it would take up to 5 working days to process the payment. Now it's long overdue....

You have to take it to the motorway. I drove almost 400 km and still couldn't get the calibration done. I drove on a four lane Parramatta Road and thought it was adequate but no. I took it to the tollway and calibration was complete within a few minutes.

You'll get it sooner rather than later. I bet you early next week. Yours might have appeared 8/26 6 pm but you didn't check. When car is on Australian soil, they want you to take delivery as soon as practical.

10 days and 200+km after taking delivery, I am still in "calibration in progress" mode. Messaged Tesla and they suggested I reset calibration by going to Controls > Service > .... but there's no service under Controls. There's a Service in the main menu but under which the Calibration box is...

"Frustrating waiting process" - if you are referring to the waiting of the launch, yes, but if you are referring to the wait after placing order, it's been barely 2 months. I am grateful it comes this quickly.

I have fully paid for the car, only upon which they would register the car in my name. So it's unlikely they can assign the car to another person. I have arranged my wife and my daughter to pick up the car but that means my daughter has to take time off work,.... and I will miss the fun of...
