+1 on this point... I switched last week and got the VIN and then the car within days. Feels better built than previous SR+. I no longer think about range and the LR feels so well planted and it's really fast (although I drive in chill mode and try to beat rated efficiency).

Strange... I was told by Tesla that I couldn't make the switch from RWD to LR cuz its too late in the ordering process. Current EDD is Sept to Nov... Original O/D was Feb. Only solace seems to be the periodic appreciation of the vehicles although this last round didn't increase the RWD. Also...
