As a Hand Surgeon, I’m very sensitive to how things feel. My M3 has a much fatter steering wheel than my other 2 ICE cars, leaving my fingers more sore after a day of commuting. Anyone have this experience? How hard is it to change it to a thinner one?

My LR is only a month old. I just charged to 100% at home today for a longer trip and only got 306 miles. (I usually only charge to 80-90%.) It’s cold (High 20s F) so I was wondering if that changes the “estimated” range that’s projected.

Yes. It turned out it was a faulty cable that they switched out. Now it works. Just doing the minimum, as stated in previous responses. I’m no longer holding the button for long.

Thanks. I did that with the first cord and got error message inside stating equipment failure. I’m mad this service guy gave me bum advice. I guess it’s a new dealership and employees.

You Thanks! The Warwick store has just received (in the past 2 weeks) their lease license and they’ve NEVER taken delivery of an ordered car yet (mine would be the first). I ended up deciding not to lease but they said I can’t buy in MA because of tax reasons. Crazy.

Hoping to pick up my new M3 at a relatively new dealership... they say it’ll come with temporary tags (and I’ll have to run to DMV later). All my other cars that I’ve purchased in RI have a dealer runner go to DMV so the plates are all at pickup. What has your experience been with plates at pickup?

I ordered M3 LR/AWD Blue/Black 18” on 10/17 and got a VIN 2 weeks later. Just got email from the Vegas delivery specialist to confirm pick up spot (Paramus, NJ). Anyone have a guess as to when actual delivery may be, in your experience?
