    L2 Amperage Reduction Over 90%

OK thanks, guys. Looks like I remember incorrectly about my L2 charging at home!

Sorry guys, I meant to say "Above 90%"!

    L2 Amperage Reduction Over 90%

I notice my brother's 2024 Model Y tapers the charging amperage when above 90%. Is that normal? IIRC my Model S seems to maintain 48 amps all the way to 100%.

    2023 Model S is a disappointment.

A couple of improvements (in the past seven years) come to mind. First, my car is heated with a heat pump instead of resistance heating. Here in Massachusetts and Maine, that makes a difference. Second, Tesla's electric motors have become more efficient. There have probably been other...

    Wiki Model S Delivery Update

Took delivery on Saturday morning the 25th in Dedham, MA. The car was outside on the Supercharger, and they told me to go sit in it and check it out. I found one minor paint issue near the left rear wheel well, and no other defects interior or exterior. Overall a quick and satisfactory...

Yes, I have to think you're OK. You ordered well before the deadline!

    Wiki Model S Delivery Update

This is a problem with all user forums. People who find issues are much more likely to post than people with no problems. So a certain number of complaints basically tells you nothing about the quality of the fleet.
