I just spoke to a DA at the Carlsbad office. They had no idea that Tesla is sending out these Delivery Availability emails. So, it sounds like delivery scheduling is being coordinated at Tesla HQ. I'm guessing VIN will now be assigned in order of availability rather than order date or location.

I'm looking around at inventory at various cities this morning. I see my car (2020 SR+ white/black/aero/no FSD) in Denver. I was tempted to call, but my wife just told me I can't fly to Denver today. Still waiting... :-(

I'm fairly certain it's the current time when you pull up the page. It's set to GMT.

I have the same thing in my source code: "deliveryDate":"2019-12-13T18:43:55.000Z" Not sure what that really means. I don't have a VIN yet.
