I experienced the same error (Battery cannot charge to 100%) over this past weekend and posted in the thread that @AlanSubie4Life pointed out above (Range on midrange reduced to 219 miles) , as I have a mid range M3 as well, thought I will cross post here for more response.

Just got a reply from the SC saying that they "found there to be an isolation fault with the HV battery pack" and they will be ordering a new battery pack for us.
