FSD v12.x (end to end AI)

It is a little unusual but it is well marked with good signage. Any human driver would have no problems even the first time encountering it. There *is* a lot of excess road there. I think they plan to add another lane eventually and figured asphalt is lower maintenance for the time being.

FSD v12.x (end to end AI)

I had my hand on the wheel and there were no other cars around besides the MC in front of me so I decided to see what it would do. BTW, v12 *really* wants to be in that ending right lane. Even if I initiate a lane change to the left, it immediately switches back to the right. You can override...

FSD v12.x (end to end AI)

Same section of road: V11: Ahhhh! I'm about to make a right turn and have no idea what lane I should be in. I know - let's try both! V12: Effin' lane lines. Dey ain't da boss of me! Ima turn right! (the yellow sign at 2s is a "Through traffic merge left" sign)

    F-150 Lightning Thoughts

Are you talking about the Lightning? I have very different experience on two of your bullets: Torque-steer - It is significant on my 2023 Lightning Lariat. If you stomp the pedal on a straight road, you better be holding on tight to the steering wheel or you will end up in a ditch on the far...

    F-150 Lightning Thoughts

Yeah. When I get my CB I will miss the spacious frunk, birds-eye view, and rear cross traffic alert on the Lightning. Ford did a lot of things right. However, the tonneau more than compensates for the smaller frunk, and Tesla's 3d view should be a good alternative to birdseye view...

    Lightning vs CyberTruck feature spreadsheet

I recently got updated to FSDb 12.3.3 and feel like it is significantly better than v11.n It still does some questionable things but it is now good enough to use IMO. In fact I would vote it better than Bluecruise now. It is almost like Tesla overcompensated for the erratic lane change...

    F-150 Lightning Thoughts

Update; I have since been updated to 12.3 and recently 12.3.3. It isn't perfect but 12.3.3 is a massive improvement and I no longer think Bluecruise is better. I feel like I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. It will still be a while before FSD is unmonitored but it is now...

I just realized my reply may be misinterpreted. The idea is to have all posts containing specified keywords removed from your feed.

Yes. Although it doesn't necessarily need to be limited to a specific thread, I can see how that additional qualifier could be useful.

How do I turn on TACC on V12.3?

OK. Wow. I guess that works if not a bit awkward.

How do I turn on TACC on V12.3?

OK. The option to double-tap for FSD is greyed out and it says to disable FSD to enable it. So, if I have FSD enabled, how do I enable just TACC when I don't want FSD? Am I really stuck with FSD or nothing on 12.3?

    filter posts based on keywords

I was wondering if it would be possible to add a feature similar to the Reddit custom post filters. Many a fine thread degenerates into a few people filling up the pages with pedantic arguments over off-topic subjects. It would be *very* helpful if we could set up key words that would...

    Inner Tire wear?

Looks that way to me. Unbelievably so. About 3/4" assuming the tire is in the air (which I think it is).
