    Have you consulted a lawyer? I thought warranty replaced batteries are 1 yr warranty but full replacement at owner’s expense comes with 4 yrs warranty?

    ambiguity favors the party that did not write the contract, ie the buyers. The "cancel or reverse" relates to the purchase of the vehicle AFTER delivery. I specifically talked to the store about this language and they told me not to worry and only in effect if i take delivery

    people tend to forget that Tesla is notorious for screwing their loyal and early adopters...in Q4 they might even do a sweeter deal considering they're not moving much since Q4 which led them to pull FSUC and FSD in Q1

    2024 X LR - 6 seat. they have a lot of inventory building up according to the website, ended up cancelling after typical Tesla slip ups, Going to Mercedes as we love our EQS sedan, going for a EQS suv now

    Tesla needs to let poeple lease and buy it back. This will let people equip the cars appropriately (e.g 6 seats) and also allow those that don't qualify for ev credit. $7500 is a lot of charging that can be done and makes me favor all other marques than tesla
