    My first solution was to have them replaced under warranty. We shall see how long the last because there was no design change to them.

    Here is another 3D printed solution that can be glued in or back drilled through the two holes provided and screwed or bolted in place.

    My repair part was designed using the rev C Tesla part number 1131205-00-C broken pieces removed from my car and replaced under warranty.

    Here is a photo of a repair part I just finished developing (only three prototypes to get it to fit like I want) which allows reinforcement and/or repair. It ca be glued in place or you can back drill through two holes provided and screw or bolt it in place.

    I have developed a reinforcement piece (3D printed] that fits inside the Tesla part number 1131205-00-C to reinforce or repair it. It is designed so it can be glued in with RTV, CA glue or whatever or you can back drill through the provided holes and put in a couple of small screws or bolts...
