Thanks again for the data. I'm gonna have to check coolant intrusion at some soon when the warms up a bit here in the northeast. I suspect my LDU may have the intrusion and assuming may fail sooner, so now thinking more about doing the proactive replacement.

Thanks for that data point. This is what I'm thinking of doing as well...driving it until failure or if the noise gets to me. Though if this new version of the LDU resolves the coolant issue and with warranty, I may bite. Did you have to refill the coolant during those 4 years/75k?

I'm ok with being test case with the warranty.

Finally had a chance to go on trip and supercharge. Things are back to 'normal'. Supercharged a few times and it's ramped up to max 118kw from what I saw on the screen. These were hot days also in the low to mid-90s.

I'm on coils. Scheduled another service call for later this week. Got the 'Coolant is Low' message. Checked the coolant level and way less than 'Min'. Topped it off for now but want them to give it another once over since they did some cooling system work.

Yes...they had rescheduled a few times awaiting parts. It was quick turnaround after dropping off car at the service center.

Got the car back today and confirmed the pack was replaced with 1014116-00-C. Rated range at 100% is now 270miles. The rear upper suspension links on both sides were also replaced, along with a coolant refill and bleed. The work only took a couple of days.

2014 MS85, 105k, gated with the 2019 update...I'd estimate (anecdotally) full range at ~210m prior to BMS_u018 message. Oddly, I just checked and 12v was discharged, hooked up 12v to charger and SoC says 100% but 0miles range. Still will not charge. Keeping trickle on the 12v overnight and...
