Yes window drops as normal but the catch just doesn’t open

My drivers side rear door won’t open. I have tried to open from inside & out however it is not coming off the catch. I have tried to apply a bit of force but worried about applying anymore. Has anyone had this issue? Thanks

Took delivery of my Tesla on Friday (leased via Zen Auto) and although I have a Tesla account and it is synced with my leased order it’s still not showing in my Tesla account. Does this take time to show or should I follow this up?

Exactly the same as mine! Delivered yesterday and it says software update available. However even though I have working WiFi signal the download won’t work. It just says ‘please connect to WiFi. I can view websites etc on the browser and WiFi symbol is showing good signal strength.
