Looks like the transformer is in place! I didn’t hear it humming, so it must not be on yet.

I spoke with some Excel energy employees yesterday in Salida. I asked if they knew when it would be done. They said they had seen the parts order but no work order yet on when to finish the project.

Just drove by today. Transformer still not in place, but getting closer!

Where did you find these to buy?

I would imagine they do have to remove the bumper, but I don't know for sure

I just got my 60D back from service. They added additional foam insulation to the front bumper and under body panel and seems to have solved it!

I contacted the Denver SC today and they haven't heard of this yet. I have an appointment later this month and would like some paperwork showing prior instances of repair. Can anyone send or post their SC explanation for others to bring into their own SC's?

This is great to read! I have experienced the same problem and have also lost some sleep...I did find if you start experiencing this on the highway, just get behind someone and the draft eliminates the issue. I know this isn't a fix, but helps until I get get it into the SC.

There was no discussion of upgrading the battery. I simply asked about charging to 100%, citing the forums stating that it was ok. Tesla told me that 100% is not fine. They still recommend 80-90% for the 60D.

I am almost in the same exact situation. When I drove my 60D home from Denver on Friday, I reached speeds over 100 and didn't notice vibration. Tonight, a windy night, around 80mph I felt some vibration.

Someone texted me this photo yesterday. Said all 10 are in place.
