The seller from ad raises a fair point. If one (either Seller or Buyer) had a business that use the credit you could go that route. Seems like a pain to me but could be done within current allowable structure.

Haven't tried them in Tesla but generally a ventilated seat fan. A noticable benefit in hot humid climates. The sucking concept is cool but I would expect it to get clogged over a somewhat short amount of time unless it has some sort of filter.

Not really true. Even where there might be a question they could charge you a $50 plug in fee and give you the electricity for "free."

Ugly isnt the main reason. They don't work well for moderate high speed because well a cushion of air is softer and the tweels tend to get stuff stuck in them (mud, gravel, birds, etc) which really throws them off balance. Tesla should focus on tires only when they are really bored. Also...
