Tires rotation maintenance not being done?

That article is false. The rear has toe and camber adjustability using eccentric cam bolts. But to get more adjustability you’ll need adjustable camber links

    Raleigh NC SC is terrible

Raleigh service center has been trying to fill a Service Manager position for some time now. Will be a tough job to get that location to where it needs to be.

2 week old Model X Plaid and Left Rear Drive Unit Failed

Imagine how few MXP’s are built. Tiny percentage of Tesla’s total build. The fact that a brand new car needs to be in for these issues (let alone for 3 weeks) is astounding. My 2022 MXP was in for 4 days and I was totally PO’d. If they can’t get it right on their “top-of-the-line” vehicle...

Tires rotation maintenance not being done?

Good article on Tesla alignment and tire wear. What Wears Out Tires On A Tesla Faster? Toe or Camber?

    Raleigh NC SC is terrible

I can no longer recommend Tesla vehicles to anyone due to the horrible service! If the Raleigh, NC service center is indicative of Tesla service overall then I cannot see Tesla continuing their current rate of vehicle sales. I am on my 2nd Tesla vehicle (2020 MS and 2022 MXP). The service there...

The dreaded "BMS_s172 Vehicle may not start alert" and a positive service experience (Raleigh NC)

Do you mean Raleigh, NC? If so, my experience there recently was absolutely horrible.

Interesting. Will you direct us to that service bulletin? I cannot find it. Thank you.

2 week old Model X Plaid and Left Rear Drive Unit Failed

Man, the rear drive unit failing on a brand new vehicle! So bad. I took delivery of MXP in Aug 2022 and brought it in for service on some very minor issues. The way that was handled was so horrible that I sure hope I do not need to bring it in for anything more serious. Tesla service (Raleigh...

Model X Plaid, question about range!

I too opted for the MXP because of quicker delivery. From the time I made my reservation until I took delivery was 3 weeks (August 2022). I have read some things which indicated that having 3 motors also helps with driving in snow due to the way the torque vectoring is configured. Anyone heard this?

Tesla Model X Plaid screen completely dead

That happened to me with my MXP… center screen would not come on when I entered the vehicle. However, the soft reset fixed the issue. I would recommend that you send Tesla a message using the APP (Service section). They will be able to remotely diagnose a bit more and maybe give you some...

Gen 3 Wall Connector 3 red blinks fault code

I had constant problems with my Gen3 connector back in 2021. Was never able to resolve so I went back to using the Gen2. Gen2 is far superior IMO. Higher output, longer cable, zero issues.

    Model X: Average Wh/mile Tracker

I just returned from a 2,000 mile, 2 week long road trip in my 2022 Model X Plaid (1 month old). I averaged 322 Wh/mile.
