Single digits is a bit of an exaggeration. I drive 40 miles a day and live in Colorado and the 120V did just fine until I had my apartment install a 14-50. It charged it back up to 80% with plenty of time to spare. And yes, we did have a few cold days and still did fine.

Only thing is they installed they plug upside down but first world problems. I’m sure as hell not complaining. I installed the cord organizer and it’s perfect as far as I’m concerned.

This is the truth. It's way more to register a car here than it was in either Massachusetts or California. I don't remember it being this bad when I lived in from 2005-2009. Maybe I was just a naive college student back then.
