Model 3 - LR AWD Waiting Room

Maybe not LFP? Will it have new Highland shape? From teslarati comments today "The 325+ mile range is listed as an estimate. If the car has a new battery type, Tesla would need to submit the car to the regulators for a new EPA range test to get an official EPA range for the vehicle. So the car...

Model 3 - LR AWD Waiting Room

Beware if this is a LFP and you live in a cold climate. The performance is worse in cold weather. I am in the mountains and temps can be below freezing for weeks on end so am glad for my Panasonic 82 kWh NCA

Seat memory not saving (or restores to wrong position)

Same happens occasionally with my M3AWD 2023, tried the seat calibration option from the service menu and that may have fixed it?

Do you see your wipers from seat?

from this article: https://driveteslacanada.ca/model-3/teslas-continuous-improvement-shows-up-again-with-new-model-3-hood-features/ here is a photo where you can see there is more of a curve in the redesigned wiper arm which means I can see the top

Do you see your wipers from seat?

Here is a picture of the design of the new wiper mechanism note the new flaps flaps attached to the underside of the hood, can’t see information on what they do either. Perhaps this is new on the latest models.

Do you see your wipers from seat?

I agree I could do that but when the wiper is blocking the airflow from hood to windshield that is adding to drag and bad design if it cannot be adjusted. I can’t believe a redesign of the wiper mechanism would not look at airflow, but I can imagine the line worker making a mistake with assembly...

Do you see your wipers from seat?

Just picked up my 2023 M3 and coming from a 2019 M3 I can see the drivers wiper. This actually spoils the airflow from the hood to the windshield so it should be adjustable? Did anyone else have this situation? Is the wiper hight adjustable?

Model 3 - LR AWD Waiting Room

Picked up my white/ white AWD M3 today. It had 3 miles on it! Built 26th November. I think it looks like a SHADO MoonBase Interceptor (showing my vintage!) Everything was OK, not perfect panel gaps but hard to fault. One rear tail light assembly has a much bigger gap than the other, service...

Model 3 - LR AWD Waiting Room

Interesting - I just spoke to Tesla and they said the car was built on 26 November and the reason for differing VINs is they batch together similar builds. He confirmed the car has the latest chip, matrix lights and Michelin (not Hankook) tires. So ViN series 389nnn is from a build date of 26th...

Model 3 - LR AWD Waiting Room

Just got a text from Tesla: "We expect your Model 3 VIN to be assigned in the next 1-2 weeks. Review and finalize your registration, trade-in, and financing details in your Tesla app." I wonder how long it currently takes from getting the VIN...
