Tesla's Supercharger Team was recently laid off. We discuss what this means for the company on today's TMC Podcast streaming live at 1PM PDT. You can watch on X or on YouTube where you can participate in the live chat.
Maybe not LFP? Will it have new Highland shape? From teslarati comments today "The 325+ mile range is listed as an estimate. If the car has a new battery type, Tesla would need to submit the car to the regulators for a new EPA range test to get an official EPA range for the vehicle. So the car...
Beware if this is a LFP and you live in a cold climate. The performance is worse in cold weather. I am in the mountains and temps can be below freezing for weeks on end so am glad for my Panasonic 82 kWh NCA

here is a photo where you can see there is more of a curve in the redesigned wiper arm which means I can see the top
Here is a picture of the design of the new wiper mechanism note the new flaps flaps attached to the underside of the hood, can’t see information on what they do either. Perhaps this is new on the latest models.
I agree I could do that but when the wiper is blocking the airflow from hood to windshield that is adding to drag and bad design if it cannot be adjusted. I can’t believe a redesign of the wiper mechanism would not look at airflow, but I can imagine the line worker making a mistake with assembly...
Just picked up my 2023 M3 and coming from a 2019 M3 I can see the drivers wiper. This actually spoils the airflow from the hood to the windshield so it should be adjustable? Did anyone else have this situation? Is the wiper hight adjustable?
Picked up my white/ white AWD M3 today. It had 3 miles on it! Built 26th November.
I think it looks like a SHADO MoonBase Interceptor (showing my vintage!)
Everything was OK, not perfect panel gaps but hard to fault.
One rear tail light assembly has a much bigger gap than the other, service...
I ordered my car June and am due to pick up on 3 December 2022, I didn't get a text so now I am thinking do I forgo the car I was going to get
and wait for an existing inventory car with the 3750 discount.. Just about to sign the Motor vehicle Purchase agreement with my credit union so this is...
Interesting - I just spoke to Tesla and they said the car was built on 26 November and the reason for differing VINs is they batch together similar builds.
He confirmed the car has the latest chip, matrix lights and Michelin (not Hankook) tires.
So ViN series 389nnn is from a build date of 26th...
Got my VIN and delivery date for this Saturday 3rd Dec 2022 yesterday!.
The VIN is VIN 5YJ3E1EB9PF389nnn
This is my first car not bought used and I have owned about 20 cars! I had a 2019 AWD M3 sold in July privately at peak pricing, and loved it. Put 30k miles on it in a year and half driving...
Just got a text from Tesla: "We expect your Model 3 VIN to be assigned in the next 1-2 weeks.
Review and finalize your registration, trade-in, and financing details in your Tesla app."
I wonder how long it currently takes from getting the VIN...
