this is what makes me worry about my fusc, maybe newer upcoming superchargers i wont have free supercharging anymore because they wont be tesla owned. luckily theres a pretty extensive network to get me almost anywhere, but it wont get me everywhere.

i dunno, its just a guess. if its me id never want to work for tesla, and im kinda not really happy on the amount of money ive spent on their products because of stuff like this, yet i still keep buying their *sugar*. ugh.

I think it's been open to other contractors to build out the supercharging network, so maybe it's cheaper to outsource the work, just my guess. Maybe they will hire more local companies to do work in areas where the new chargers are going.

I took it apart and aside from the wire that does the window defrost and the piece I'm tapping on, the rest of the insides seem pretty solid, im adding a piece of felt on the plastic piece on the back, and maybe some double sided tape on the defrost wire and maybe it'll help. Can't upload the...

I hope gas stations don't shut down, I just hope they all convert over to fast charging stations. I'd love to see more supercharging stations with convenience stores and bathrooms, so we have something to do while we wait when charging

Fair enough, and I'll also point out like with the baker station and electrify america had to build solar and battery backup in order to put their fast dc chargers there. I don't know who was there first, tesla or ea, but that's the companies way around the limits of the power company.

Not sure if someone mentioned this but tesla is strategically maxing out the power company so it's extremely not cost efficient for a competitor to put chargers in nearby

I purchased a 2023 model 3 and it has the LG m50f1a in it and it still qualified for the 7500 tax incentive, why did it go away this year?

Does this include discharge as well as charging? With the recently announced model 3 highland performance with supposedly using the same battery as the long range model 3, it has a better 0-60 than the ones with nca battery, only 0.2 seconds but if ncma performance sucks maybe the new car will...

Good point. Would be nice if they made an open wifi for us to pay with the stupid app. Maybe let us have access through the app? My phone now automatically connects to my energy gateway through the tesla app even though I told it to forget the password. I'm hoping that with 2025 and older cars...

this is pretty awesome, the other great thing is although rare some of these supercharging locations have spotty att coverage. would be nice to be able to connect our phones too
