Powerwall2 has been made available and are being installed in Australia since June '17. Since Australia and Hong Kong uses the same frequency, I would assume Powerwall2 is available to be installed in Hong Kong.

I think point should be made (in additions to all your good points) would be the financial benefit on reduction of health care caused by the pollution. In additions, how would the money saved in health care to help on road maintenance in Hong Kong. I would really like 100% FRT be waived for BEVs.

I am only 25+ minutes into the video. Why would Dr Hon Fernando CHEUNG Chiu-hung not get an EV to transport her daughter? The disable of her daughter could well be caused by the environment (the mother breaths in dirty road side air while carrying her daughter :-)

I think another arguement, by promoting EV by eliminating FRT would save them money in health care (as the air is cleaner and less people get sick).
