This worked perfectly for my MY 2021 Long range. Ordered the ASY. CHARGE PORT 1.00 CONTROLLER GEN 4, NA.(1537264-00-B) from the Tesla Service Center for $150. Waited until I had an update and installed at home. Thanks for the instructions and photos.

Where did you get your 3rd party adapter from to supercharge in Germany?

My account was updated under the RN number with a VIN number. On the dashboard I noticed the vehicle name changed from “Tesla Model Y” to “2021 Tesla Model Y”. Then I had a button to push to accept the Tesla Vision. Few minutes after that my EDD updated. No email or text.
