I contacted them today after a couple more days of sitting on wifi after a hard reboot and no download. I had go set up an appointment, but I explained the problem. Hopefully, they can push it to me. I'm not sure why it say it is up to date in one place and isn't in another.

I can attest to this as well. I use the H&R Block Tax software and you do put in the full $7,500 amount and it will prorate it for you to the correct amount.

Thanks buddhra. I already have a fast USB stick that works with my Android phone. I was hoping this would be a more elegant solution where I wouldn't have to remove the stick from the car. I'll stick with what I've got.
