I had something similar recently removed via paintless dent repair, and I was charged $400.

I was told it was a brand new battery. Every time I check the range, it is almost exactly the rated 244 mile range.

I only got 27,000 miles out of my tires and I don't have a lead foot. In addition, Firestone refused to look at one of my tires with a nail in it because of the foam.

If it's not near the sidewall, you should be able to have it fixed. Many places won't repair the tire because of the foam inside. You may have to make an appointment with a Tesla Service Center.

I charged to 100% tonight and ended up at 226 miles (at 24k miles), a loss of about 9% from EPA range of 244.
