I had the same issue. I highly recommend using “Joe Mode” under security & safety, it lowers the volume of alerts to a more reasonable level.

These pictures aren't exact since they're 20%, but I had the same struggle with white interior... I was stuck between 20% and 30%, I ended up going for 20% and I'm glad I did because I've since seen a Model 3 (although it was blue) with 30% and a white interior and it seemed quite transparent...

It’s pretty nuts, black paint also went up by $500. Since I took delivery (Sept 11), the purchase price for my config (black, white interior, no FSD) has gone up $2500 in total.
