Where are the VE plates being issued? Saw it on a Taycan in Toronto and another on a Lincoln SUV in London

Just charged to 80% ~= 337km so 421 km @100% Have not charged to 100% … i think the highest we got was 95% before a road trip 2021 SR+ with just under 3000 km (mostly city driving with one ~750km road trip)
