Okay, final update for now. I was totally unsuccessful with EXT4. My attempt using gparted resulted in a thumb drive that was owned by ROOT with no permissions, and manually changing them using any of the various command line tools was ineffective. I then attempted using the default Disks...

Update: Well that didn't work at all. In fact, when I plugged my thumb drive back into my computer, it had the owner set to User 999 and the group set to 999, and the permissions set to none. Weird. Again, totally unfamiliar with the setfacl command. So I tried chmod -R 777...

Got my update today when I got home from night shift (about 6:30 am). Still wondering what's new. Also, any time there is an update, it screws up Slacker radio ... I'm assuming it's due to a bandwidth issue. I'm in Alberta, Canada.

I'm struggling with connection issues with the V9 update. It's fine on WiFi in my garage, but its own LTE seems to fail the music app entirely. I'll try putting my phone on as a hotspot and see if that is a workaround.
