X75D full charge miles

My 12/2018 75D has 19K miles, 80% charge gets me 202. did 100% this weekend and only got to 252 miles. Used to get 283. Might need a conditioning

Just order my S 75D with enhanced auto pilot and sun roof, waiting for delivery Nov/Dec any advice on the EAP, charging etc.?
