Loud Grinding Noise while steering wheel is turned
Hm. I have the stock all-season tires, but I checked, and all 4 are the same size. Frustrating because my issue is perfectly described by OP, I was was SURE that would be it!! -

Wow. Thanks for the timeline. Your process seems a lot smoother than mine but that's only because my Tesla project manager lady is unresponsive AT BEST.
