It's 2022 and over a million Model Ys later its still a thing. My VIN000897 2020 Model Y had this on the driver side window.

The opening is big enough but maybe the center where you need to attach the magnet is too far to be reachable by an arm, BUT just maybe, enough to be reached if by skinny arms. Certainly try that first before detaching the bumper fascia.

You should call the delivery place (option 2 for delivery after main menu should get you to a person) and ask if the car/VIN is still around If its LR its probably gone but maybe still there if Plaid.
