I paid extra for the right whale plate, and apparently it goes to whale conservation. Not sure what you get if you pay extra for the EV plate.

The argument people keep telling me is Tesla isn't like a traditional car, it has no grill in the front therefore there's more paint to get damaged. It makes logical sense to me but not sure if there's any practical evidence that Teslas get more rock chips than say Mini Coopers on the same road...

What are your thoughts on ceramic coatings and films for driving in New England? I’m still trying to decide. My Mini cooper has no flaps or coatings or films and still looks pretty good after nearly 7 years (4 in Boston) but maybe I’m just lucky.

Cool I ordered red same care as you but still 2/8 to 3/8 date range.

Everybody's pickup date is a bit sooner than you'd expect from the EDDs so that's a good sign.

When I called them the said mine was set to Dedham and I said I was closer to Peabody and they changed it for me. Peabody is about 5 miles closer.
