Ah that's good to hear re it not being busy. My local one seems empty as well 99% of the times I check. Fingers crossed it remains like that. I can envisage a bi-weekly task of taking the car round the corner at 7.55pm and setting a bright and early alarm at 6.55am to go and get it!

Where you order with Tesla direct and pass the RN onto the leasing company, do the leasing company have to take delivery/collect the car, or if it is all paid up can the lessee collect?

Given you can still order an LR today with a June delivery date, I'd expect your car should be on the Grand Venus as we speak, expected into Zebrugge approx 26 June and Southampton shortly after that. Have you checked for a hidden VIN on your order page?

I agree the Tesla-offered PCH’s don’t look too bad and certainly beat the majority of third party offers. But they’re not quite market leading.

I’ve just used the source code trick on my order page (placed on Monday for a blue LR) and I can see that I have been assigned a VIN already. Guessing that means my car is on the boat and I can expect a late June delivery?

Direct Line do seem to be the only game in town for Teslas. The cheapest quote I could find on comparison websites was £2,500. DL are £1,400. Aviva was over £9,000. :eek:

Thanks. It’s confusing how there is nothing in inventory but it says you can get a custom LR delivered in June. I’m guessing these custom orders are being backfilled with inventory and for the time being they have given priority to this process instead of showing available inventory? Who knows...
