Oh I like that! I had 3 months as I used a referral and was also getting the 6 months. The 3 months was there when I picked the car up yesterday. I will wait the 10 days and follow up if the rest doesn't get added.

Not a problem. I'm glad the wait is finally over. It was sure worth it though. Hopefully you will feel the same. The blue has so many different shades depending on the light. I love it.

Ok.. The pickup today was nice and smooth. We arrived about 15min early (better to be early than late) and they took us through about 5min later. There were quite a few people there taking delivery of both M3 and MY. They said to take as much time as we needed and after showing us some basics...

In a word, smooth. No issues whatsoever and they gave us as much time as we needed and were on hand to answer any questions.

A few branches on the ground and that's it. They were in full swing with deliveries. More then happy for us to stay as long as we needed and helped us with any questions. Just got home so I will go into more detail later.

So I may have arrived at the DC 3.5hrs early... I have a bit of time to kill.

The joy has been sucked out of the experience somewhat, I will admit.

Has anyone that was offered 6 months EAP due to the Glovis fiasco that have picked up their cars received this yet? It said "within 10 days from delivery" but I was curious how soon after delivery it was added?

Oh great... Looks V-Line are running coaches between Bendigo and Melbourne on Monday morning. It's almost worth changing my pickup to another day.

MC deliveries are happening. I got the SMS on Friday and picking up on the 19th.

The refunds were available to those the chose to cancel their orders due to the Glovis fiasco. If you didn't cancel your order, they keep the deposit.

I thought they registered them the day of delivery? One day early isn't a big deal in the grand scheme of things though.

Let us know your thoughts. It's the one thing that am still unsure about as far as which one to get.

Ended up going with RACV at $1300 for Complete Care. Shannons was slightly cheaper but RACV has unlimited $0 excess glass claims (that wont affect premiums). The agent checked and confirmed that it was indeed unlimited, including the roof. Living in the country, that was something I wanted.

This is correct although they are pretty crappy. I wouldn't say no to a UMC but not expecting it. What gets me is that they are giving everyone 6mo EAP but those that are already getting 3mo because they used a referral just get an additional 3 and those that paid for EAP get nothing.

Some things are only covered within an 80km radius of a SC or a charge will apply. For example, if you get a flat / blowout and you are more than 80km from a SC, tough luck. Run out of charge, they can tow you to a charger but you need to pay for it. The roadside assist I will be getting...

Nah. Doesn't need to be unloaded to be in RAV. My Glovis car was in there before it arrived in Bris and the MC car was entered well before arriving in Melbourne. It's odd that you have the rego application.

I honestly never used one. Put the VIN in RAV and as long as it's in there (which it should if you have the rego papers), you will see the build date. https://rav.infrastructure.gov.au/
