Thanks! Routed around it on the way up. On the return trip, actually got routed there and 6 stations were working and in use.

This needs to be clicked for each driver profile. I clicked it but my wife also had to do it, which you can only do while the car is in park.

Tried to navigate to current SC and the nav said location closed. Anyone have any new info on the old location? Last PlugShare checkin there was about 10 days ago.

Actually needed summon after the update and it worked. Still had problem with my iPhone disconnecting today and restarted it to reconnect.

Yes it is sometimes a pain to walk back and forth to the restaurant you want, but that is your choice. When your car is finished charging, you should have to pay idle fees so it will be available for the next person.

There was another thread on this. There is a risk to some sensors from moisture during installation. This might be a good installer.

Shellac is pretty but not very hardy. It can be damaged by alcohol, water, oils, and probably sun. For a finish, you might need to go urethane or tung oil (but I don’t know much about it). I’m considering the lemon oil. It has worked for years on an unfinished chest of drawers.

But you did some good research. The $200+fee is unavoidable for a battery powered car. You have to pay the $35/year plus a one time $25 tag fee to get the AFV plate. It’s outrageous, but I just think of it as a jealousy tax.

There are a couple of places with charging. 412 O’Keefe and Premium Parking at O’Keefe and Girod. Don’t know the answer to your question, though.

If you ran it from 100% to 0, it would not use 75 kWh of charge. There is an upper and lower buffer that you can’t use to protect the battery. 70 is a reasonable number. On a Leaf, you only get 21 out of 24 kWh.

Looks like a few 4-10 people are getting VINs today finally. Not me yet.

The only reason we are keeping our RAV is because our son doesn't have reliable charging for our Leaf. If we didn't think the Model 3 would be there for us when we need it, we wouldn't blow $60K on it.

I've only gotten a couple hours behind the wheel, but I really didn't think keeping at least one hand on the wheel was a big deal. It will have to get a lot more reliable before I trust it enough to not monitor it.

I’m glad the WA people are getting their VINs, but I can’t stand it anymore!

The hold reminds me of an Atlanta owner who had their delivery delayed for installation of an “upgraded” part. Seemed to be the only one of many delivered that week.

We need to work on quality not quantity.

How do you estimate the different sampling rates? Can you look at the data for people who entered before there were significant invites?

I don’t think it works for 40XX, it needs the digits. The bigger snag is that it only uses one Vinbot call per thread, as I found out later. So it hasn’t shown any of the vins I tagged :( .
