Moving for work with no home charging - thoughts, advice?

So you only need 20 miles a day to commute and 4 hrs of Level 2 charging. I would start off by using super charge and charge it up to 80% and just plug in at work every other days. That should take you less than 4 hours to charge it up to where it was.

My Two Week Review - Heading towards 300,000 Miles

I hate going to gas stations. Sometimes you have to wait close to 10 minutes on a busy day. Since I still own a 2 years old Acur RDX which is my weekend drive. I don't have to go once a week like I used to. My EV is for commuting back and forth to work. Now I really hope they install charging...

My Two Week Review - Heading towards 300,000 Miles

Just got my MYL a month ago and loving it. I really do enjoying one pedal driving. I never thought in a million year that I would. All my ICE cars lasted me about 7 years and up. I don't think I will keep this one that long. As soon as the newer version of any Brand offers more range, I will...

Wireless Charging w/ Iphone 12 pro max

I have 14 Promax with slim case but won't charge. I think it's due to the cameras being too high. So I charge the phone upside down and it works.

Phantom Drain of ~8% per day parked at home (no sentry)

Just got my MYL a month ago and it's been drainning about 1% to 2% a day. From what I read. Everytime you open your app to check on the car. You wake the car up and that can drain your battery. I know we like to check on our shiny new toy every hours. I stop doing that and so far I loose may be...

Tesla sets charge limit to 90%

New Tesla Model Y owner here myself. I think my head is just about to explode LOL. I set mine to charge up to 80% eventhough the daily trip recommended up to 90%. This week I charge it up to 90% and see how many percentage I'll use to commute back and forth to work. So I'll have some rough...

Should have purchased a CCS adaptor before the road trip

New Tesla Model Y owner here. Good tip to know. I keep it at percentage anyway. I think when we can get 500 miles at 80% SOC and charging takes about 5 - 10 mintues with super charger at every corners. We'll be laughing at reading our old posts here.

3-month FSD 'free' on new HW4 cars is useless

Got free three months trial from referral code I used when I picked up my Model Y and still can't enable it. Still greyed out until software update. I wonder if they will extend it for me.
