@Mrbrock It's VERY strange behavior for them to be pulling cable while the posts are still not on site... This may lend credibility to your idea that this is a V4 site. Let's hope we find out soon. @UNCLe definitely keep the updates rolling on this location. :)

This site is still missing it's transformer... Still has the large concrete slab with the classic "HOLE" board...

Besides lines this project seems pretty finished. I am not a huge fan of how this one was constructed. The PSUs are sitting in the middle of what used to be the parking spots. See the curb behind them along with the signage. This makes them exceptionally vulnerable to an idiot with a trailer...

I’m curious to see if someone can locate the Snoqualmie Pass supercharger. Shows on the map as a Q3 install. Maybe the guys that did Ocean Shores are putting that one in without pulling a permit. It’s like a magic trick. You never know where they are going to pop up next!

Nope, the transformer pad is next to this large hole with conduit laying inside of it. I can go back up there for another shot. Everything else seems in place aside from this strange hole and the lack of transformer.

I stopped by last night. The switchgear is on site but the transformer is still missing. They've roped off the chargers in the meantime. There's still a MASSIVE hole in the ground that seems to be where they are drawing power from the mains. So that could be why they failed.

I'll swing by today to do an update.

@Mrbrock ever seen a PSU with only 3 stalls connected?? The 4th stall seems to be a standalone pull in stall. But the PSU at the far end only has 3 posts on it!

Checked today. Still missing switchgear and transformer. Not much work has been completed here since I last checked in on this location.

Not the only pad missing. The switchgear is missing along with the transformer. There's a pad between the cabinets and the previously existing transformer separate from the switchgear spot.

Drove by on I-90 and saw the distinctive cabinet transport bags and fencing @Big Earl this one can be marked as under construction. I’ll get pictures on my way back through on Sunday.

I stopped by on Saturday and the pad was still empty awaiting a transformer. I searched around but couldn't find one. There are 3 transformers in this area so it may have been one of these that you saw? I was also confused at first about the 3 preexisting transformers.

I could not find anything on One Call. This does not mean it's not coming soon. But a construction company has not filed for permits at this location as of yet.

Summertime in Montana has been pretty rough since 2021. Tesla superchargers are almost always clogged with tourists coming through. These V3’s will be a welcome change during the summer months. They will also be nice for cold spells when the V2 network cables get stiff.

I visited this supercharger on Thursday. All 12 stalls are up, cleanup is done, and fencing is almost entirely down. All that's left is the transformer.

Only downtime I ever experienced in Montana was ironically the V3 network. Helena was down the week of Christmas 2021. Miles City was down for a week in the summer.

Agreed, I moved through here towing a large Uhaul trailer in September. I had to ditch out and stop at the EA station in order to make it through this gap. If there were a supercharger through here it would make passing through while towing a heck of a lot easier. Having CCS was a blessing but...

If they put it between Liberty Lake and Coeur D'Alene I will be very confused. This area (currently) has enough stalls to service this area. Where it makes more sense is between Coeur D'Alene and the newly opened Saint Regis superchargers.

I noticed this. I am hopeful that there is a supercharger more East of the current build. Also along I-90 would be nice. The current setup feels like it services more of Coeur D'Alene then I-90 traffic. So it would be nice to have one closer to I-90. I know it was there long before Spokane and...

Love the idea of having one in Silverdale/Bremerton for this exact reason. I spoke with a Tesla Service person who said this area is VERY challenging for him when he has more than 5 appointments in his 2014 MS 85. If they threw one up as redundancy it would make passage through this area much...

I've often thought about the idea of the ferries tossing up a solar canopy and charging the EV's in transit but it makes for a positioning nightmare on the ferry. The idea is amazing in theory. I would ride the ferry quite a bit more!

Also depending on your trip dates you may also have the supercharger in Kalispell open by that time!

I grew up in Lewistown, MT. While it would be cool to have a supercharger in town; being able to stop at Eddie's Corner and top up would be more beneficial for travelers. Oftentimes people don't go to Lewistown proper unless they are going Great Falls <--> Billings or Billings <--> Hi-Line. The...

Lewistown is an interesting one but I always ponder if it would serve the public better if it were at say Eddie's Corner instead of Lewistown proper.

Stopped by tonight and they have 1 row of stalls standing. Weird setup. It’ll be 4 stalls, then about a 50 foot gap, and then an additional 8 stalls. I like to think the 4 stalls with the pile of dirt will be reserved for Cybertruck and a few adventurous Model Y owners.

Looks like they already have a transformer on site. I wonder if this site will be operational before 4th of July.

Stopped by last night to take a look. Lots of dirt work being done but I believe the electric inspection may be a bit premature.
