I don't have any FSD visualization option in the menu. I'm still on fw 2020.20.12 and my database is still on EU-2019.20-10482 (june 2019) and it seems to be a feature for US only right now.

I also got the HW3 Upgrade on my Model S 100D with MCU1. But you need the "Infotainment MCU2 upgrade" to see all FSD new visualisation signs. I'm not sure but you need al least fw version 2020.24.6.1 and for sure MCU2.

I have the same cable for the "Quick Connection Phone Dock" (refer to the picture)

II don't know about the 7 other upgrades at our SC. It could be AP2 and/or AP2.5.

I received the confirmation for my HW3 upgrade for the 29.05.2020. But I contacted the Service Center to postpone my Service appointment until I get the notification for the Infotainment upgrade (MCU2). It should be for the second half of June :)

Received firmware 2020.12.5 yesterday. I tried to install it several times (using the App and MCU). No success, it's alway stopped after 10% of the installation. Any advises ? Thanks.

Just after the installation of fw 2020.8.2, I re-formatted my SDD card (MS-DOS FAT (32) under MAC OS) and my Dashcam / Sentrymode is working again. I already downloaded some videos and was able to view them. No more error message :)

Since fw 2020.8.1, Videos store is not running any more for Dashcam / Sentrymode (error message : disk is full). With the new MCU2 / FSD retrofit, do you still have this issue. Thanks in advance

It's a Model S100D (12.2017) with MCU 1 + AP 2.5 + FSD.

I just got a SMS from my Service Center (Möhlin / Switzerland) telling that they already got instructions and some parts of the material for the HW3 retrofit. But based on the coronavirus situation the remaining materials should be there in about 3 weeks (or more !).

Can you post a picture of the Tesla app with that "upgrade" button and which version of the app are you running.

Sentry-mode and Dashcam were working perfect before fw 2020.8.1.

Since fw 2020.8.1 my USB stick is not working any more even after several reformatting ! Using FAT32 (from Mac), recordings is working and after several videos stored, I got the message that the disk is full, error code "MCU_w067, Dashcam write error : USB DrIve full" (1.2 GB used from 64 GB).

I had the same issue. I reformatted the USB with FAT instead FAT32 on my Mac (based on the car documentation).

In a galaxy not so far away, the Allianz provides an extended guaranty (2 or 4 years) for the Model S and X.
