Hello,
I just downloaded your App "Sentry View", but i'm not able to connect my USB device.
Below my Software / Hardware configuration:
- Iphone Xs
- IOS 13.2.3
- Lightning to USB 3 Camera Adapter
- SanDisk Ultra Fit USB 3.1 Flash Drive (256 GB)
Using your internet application, I don't have...
Tesla Model S 100D (13.12.2017) EAP, FSD, AP2.5
Winter 2017/2018 average = 23.4 kWh / 100 km (2'207 km) = 375 Wh / Mile

Winter 2018/2019 average = 21.3 kWh / 100 km (8'502 km) = 342 Wh / Mile

The mail from VW Switzerland is talking about a price of "ca. CHF 54'000.-" for the ID.3 1st Edition MAX (pre-order) and this price is showed on the VW Switzerland site.
This is correct, for Switzerland, they just kept the ID.3 1st Edition Max for CH 54'000.-
So, it is about CHF 10'000.- more than the Tesla Model 3 SR Plus ! I just cancelled my reservation for the ID.3 1st Edition.
Not far away from the Service Center Möhlin where I live :)
By the way, do you use the IOS app "Tesla Remote". With these app you can retrieve all parameters of your car like "APF2" which means you car is set-up for FSD.
In some cases NOA is cancelled on some highway portions (like Tunnels or bad weather conditions like snow or rain, etc.) and switchs to normal Autopilot then switchs back to NOA automatically when the conditions are OK.
Screenshots are from a Model S, but it should be similar on the Model 3:
Select "Autopilot" from the settings menu:
Activate "Mit Autopilot navigieren (Beta)"
Select "MIT AUTOPILOT NAVIGIEREN" ANPASSEN
& select the options
When activating a destination in the Navigation you should get...
Not really true, MCU1 / AP2.5 have DashmCam and Sentry Mode that records to an USB stick in very good quality (since firmware 2019.32.11) . Restriction : no Rear View recording.
No Smart Summon ! Don't need it and don't use it o_O
But Smart Summon has been spotted in a "Nov. 2016 White MS, AP2.0, FSD" in the US (nothing to do with MCU!). So I will say for Switzerland, it's still a regulation issue.
Winter tires are mandatory (in Switzerland) during the winter time (is not only for snow!). If you get an accident, your insurance will not cover you. Furthermore sommer tires are dangerous once the temperature goes below 7°C ( no more good adherence on to the road surface).
Maybe the ID.3 will not, but the ID.4 based on the ID Crozz concept will come late 2020 and should fit the North America market (American-friendly crossover).
MSRP ( = Model 3 SR Performance ?) in switwerland (Basic) - > CHF 62'000.-
These are the prices communicated by VW Switzerland :
- ID.3 - 45 kWh (330 km WLTP) -> CHF 32'000.-
- ID.3 1st Edition Max - 58 kWh (420 km WLTP) -> CHF 54'000.- (2'000 kWh free within the first...
Wait for the VW ID.3 a true electric car, more range and cheaper than the eGolf (BTW the eGolf will not be produced anymore once the ID.3 comes to market).
I tried several times and always failed.
Then I moved the key fog light to the left and the key fob was detected.
BTW, the message tells that my 2 key fog (v2) were already updated.
Message : Model S key fob (v2) : already updated
Can you let Tesla (service Center) confirm the key fob fix availability date for v2 keys and the reason I got the message "already up to date" for key fobs I got in January 2019 ! Thanks in advance
I went to my Service Center this morning and they told me, the received message "already update with the latest version" is correct and it means your key has been already updated (before the new key fob has been purchased) with the latest version ! No further action is required.
tried several times and always failed.
Then I moved the key fog light to the left and it updated successfully. Thanks a lot to "powaking" :)
