    Fellow car cleaning obsessives...

Thanks for the offers guys. I guess I have no idea how much it costs professionally, perhaps £300+ for a decent job. Unfortunately the NHS is keeping me more than busy and to date not even the neighbour has been afforded a detail so it’s unlikely I’ll be able to offer my services. More than...

Tesla Service Centres - Is this normal?

I won’t need to judging by the quality of workmanship

Shock Horror: Disfunctional visit to Service Centre

Apologies I was talking about several of my friends who have said I just need to suck it up. All owners of Tesla’s. Judging by the other post it looks like Tesla have been quite clever in protecting themselves from anyone being able to complain to a point where they change their practice.

Tesla Service Centres - Is this normal?

I don’t actually mind if you don’t have any slots until 29th June or whatever. I appreciate everyone has had to cut down the amount of work they are doing due to Covid etc. However you have just sold someone a £57.5k car and don’t have the decency to call them back, when clearly their car is...

    Fellow car cleaning obsessives...

I picked up my M3P last Thursday in white. I used this method to ceramic coat it: 1. Iron fallout remover (kerrosol) 2. 2 bucket wash & dry 3. Removal of some spot water stains seen on the car on the driver's side 4. 1 stage polish with menzerna FG3500 with a vertool polisher 5. Gtechniq G1...

Tesla Service Centres - Is this normal?

Yes absolutely but I thought I was being fobbed off when I asked 'service' on the phone how I could contact customer support to complain. Apparently they don't even have a fake complaints department :(

Shock Horror: Disfunctional visit to Service Centre

Not surprised at all, I'm sure you have seen my post in the other thread. Hilariously it seems as soon as people buy a Tesla they seem to accept that this level of service is OK. When in fact it is beyond a disgrace. So glad I am leasing and haven't handed over £57k to this company to be...

Car not waking up via app

Did they tell you what they did? Was it a reflash of the modem? Thanks for letting me leaving it in sentry mode will keep it awake..could be a useful way of keeping the app alive whilst my LTE is non-functional.

    M3P - Brand new - No LTE

Hi Just wanted to know if anyone else has had LTE dead on arrival of their brand new M3. I had 7 miles on the clock. Noticed after a few days that I was getting no connectivity at all in the car. It has been diagnosed as a broken/toast modem onboard the car and needs a 'reflash.' I suspect it...

Anyone leasing had their miles taken?

I had exactly the same experience. I was referred by a friend with a M3LR and took delivery of my car through nhsfleetsolutions. My friend has received his 1000 miles free but I had not. So I emailed Tesla, this is what they sent me: Supercharger Miles Query Hi, Many thanks for your enquiry...

Tesla Service Centres - Is this normal?

I know this is my first post, so please go easy on me and appreciate that my experience doesn't reflect everyone else's. I am, however, somewhat reassurred that everyone else is experiencing shoddy customer service from Tesla in the UK. I picked up my Model 3 performance last Thursday...
