Prior to the swap some of those software updates helped to some extent. I don't deny that. But, it is very refreshing and less stressful drives and the fact that I can drive at nights without any worry of getting a strike is priceless!

That's what I do as I know my lane closures well ahead, the traffic pattern and at least some of the drivers' mindset it's easier to assist my drive and supervise the system the other times.

No settings changes for me after this update. The Homelink etc are like they used be in my cars. It looks better.

Agree. I get constant nags when all I am doing is watching the road and paying attention. Those are special people for whom those nags are disabled.

Mine is a 2022 MSLR and I am on FSDb 10.69.3.1 (2022.36.20).

I can confirm and no warnings! Just the red death hand with scream. Wheel torque did not disengage and was awarded with a strike. I was trying to use wheel torque as I was already paying attention to the road. But it happened in about 5-10 secs.

It is not how many cars get it rather how many miles are driven with FSDb. If that's the numerator and if the numerator is small it may not add much significance. In addition, it could also depend on the drive such as city or suburban drive miles.

I have seen that too and posted a while back. Accelerating on the crowded narrow neighborhood streets with cars parked and a with an incoming car my heart races too much. I have State Farm's Drive Safe app. I uninstalled their app as it was giving me a poorer score even tho I have no accidents...

As I have posted above I got 3 total which were on FSDb but I am concerned that I will get on the AP stack too especially if it is single stack. I am not sure if people got 5 strikes will they get it again or what is the process? I have been using AP/EAP/FSDb and ha e been getting my FW updates within a day or so after the release. I have 3 false FSD strikes and probably will get 5 pretty soon. What happens after that? Anyone know?

Yep. Happened few times. No blue warning except screaming and strike within few seconds. In that few secs disengagement with my yoke did not work. I have 3 strikes like that and they happen during the dusk hours.

Got my third Strike this evening. Now I have 3 out of 5. This happened during dusk when it was starting to get darker out as there was light when I started to drive. Boom! Within few secs back to back warnings and yoke/steering wheel disengagement did nothing. Holiday grocery store shopping...
