Bummed that my EDD seems to be moving in the wrong direction and is now much further out than it was originally. Is that normal? Order for a MYLR Blue w/B&W Interior, 19" wheels and no FSD was placed November 13th. Original EDD was March 16-April 13, then it changed to June for a couple days...

With the onboard computing power available, why does using voice commands require a cellular connection? Shouldn't this be done locally, especially given the safety considerations?

Yes, there are aftermarket options, but coming stock, and not requiring extra expense, is obviously preferable.

As much as I want my MY now (estimated delivery Mar 17-Apr 3), I would consider delaying delivery to get this feature given our summertime temps.

Combining this with a Dryer Buddy Plus AUTO eliminates the need to mess with the dryer cord or worry about tripping any breakers, unlike the load center option. No need for an electrician to install the power tunnel that I can see as you're just installing a plugged pass-through and not working...

Concade1, did you end up going with this setup? I'm looking at going this route as well since the 21mph charge rate for my pending Model Y will be more than sufficient and definitely preferable over the $3.5K I was quoted for a new 14-50 install. :oops:
