No change this morning

I swung by on Saturday. No progress. Four pedestals up, and four spots with just conduit. Same with the charger cabinets. Two installed, two missing. Weirdly, i don't see crates there with the rest of the equipment. Maybe they are waiting on parts?

This will be super useful for me in the winter. I drive through Middletown twice a day. Swung through there today. 4 pedestals up, just conduit at the other 4 locations. (Same as the pictures)

It was a joke. For several years the Newark DE lines were all sorts of screwed up and didn't align with the charging pedestals at all. As I recall, they even repainted them once and they were still wrong.

116k now. Hit a really deep pothole and blew the corner off my radiator this weekend. Broke some of the plastic supports around it as well. It took all day today to get a hold of Tesla for parts. $650+tax and 2 weeks, ugh. I also need to figure out how to fill/bleed the cooling system now...

In my experience, once the Tesla is lit, the superchargers are active. Never seen them lit and not functional.

Chademo over at holiday inn is still working at least. :(

I have to correct myself: http://www.roxburynj.us/AgendaCenter/ViewFile/Agenda/_01222019-519 It looks like quick chek got their sewer permit. Now, Tesla pulled their application to locate a SC at that location back in mid 2018, so I still don't know if they gave up or will re-apply once QC...

It could be a replacement of the Roxbury SC that seems stalled out. No movement in over a year on the quick chek project where it was supposed to go. I'm hoping it is not, and it is in addition to Roxbury, but won't know until this one goes live on the Tesla map.

Yeah, but a few casualties along the way would be acceptable too.

TACC needs a "New Jersey" setting that just stays 1 foot off the bumper of the car in front of you. Even set at 1 everyone passes on the right and cuts in front of you.

Swung by this morning before seeing your post. Nothing to report. Same as yesterday lol. Either this one or the new Parsippany location would have been useful for me today. >200 miles planned and high temps in the 20s. Charging at the chademo in budd lake instead.

I would sell the FUSC on my Model S for $5000 without hesitation. That's probably 75k miles worth of charging. I can't imagine ever using that much. Charging at home is worth every penny.

Yes, there has been a chademo charger at Livingston for a very long time. I charged there several years ago.

I broke the first one i took out also. I rigged it with something i found around the house. I don't remember exactly what, but it's been fine for over a year now. Honestly, that bar can't really go anywhere. It doesn't take much to keep it in place.

Usually my snow tires/winter wheels don't go on until mid December, but my MXM4s are on their last legs. Worn down right past the wear bars. I knew with any amount of snow they would be useless. I'm sure new mxm4s would do decently. I'll need new ones for spring.
