Same thing here. Reserved ~10:15am yesterday in Palo Alto, got the confirmation email around 3am this morning, but still nothing in MyTesla.

Tempted to head down to Seaside and reserve there (probably a much shorter line), but ultimately I'm ending up at the Palo Alto store to drop of my dad's Model S for service and reserve my own Model 3.

Not so sure about that. I know Edmunds bought one for their long-term fleet, and as far as I know, it still hasn't been delivered yet. Tesla is probably putting theirs through extra QA tests before releasing it.

If they are trying to sync with CA, I'm guessing they won't start accepting orders until 1pm given that would be 10am out here, which is when the stores/galleries typically open (unless they plan on opening an hour earlier on the 31st for some reason).

This option crossed my mind as well. The only potential issue that I saw with this approach is that people won't get their specific RN# right when they reserve. I'm sure Tesla could just tell people that official RN#s will be issued 24 hours later so that they can compile and order everything...
