There is a thread here that talks about a connection with range mode (not range charging) and no pack heating. I can find it myself but it may be worth searching for.

Do you have range mode turned on? I read in another thread that leaving it on will give you no regen due to the battery pack being too cold.

I saw a silver Model s parked at Mei Le Wah in Kennebunk Maine. The Maine plate was " TESLA S".

They also have a restaurant and bar. Ask to see if that qualifies as being a customer.

There is charging at the Wolfeboro Inn. I believe it is a HPWC. You may need to be a paying customer to use it though.

There are no permits applied for through September. The local mall is located in Newington and I don't see anything on their planning board agenda or minutes. There is no list of issued permits in Newington.

Yes and there is no mention of building permits for Tesla or anything with a large electric draw for the city. I did notice that the April building permits are not posted but The permits for May are. The mall for Portsmouth is technically in Newington and looks to be one of the better locations...

Kennebunk has their own local electric utility and they utilize a solar canopy.

They are already there. I will check there first if I see any other chargers.

There are two chargers close to Main Street in Kennebunk. I believe they are only 30 amp. One is at the chamber of congress and the other at the power company.
