Yes, there are no hardware differences between the two cars, the AWD LR has a software limited acceleration profile.

Clearly the original order was incorrect and yes I got one too, but in reality mistakes like this happen and nothing is really legally binding. If you try to contest it, you'll loose and someone will probably end up getting your car.

To be fair, the order clearly states the price "EXCLUDES" the plug in grant, so it's actually a valid invoice, although no idea whats happening to the grant then.
