Happened to me a few times, and rather quickly it became permanent. In my case both the mirrors, the windows and the door handles (both inside and outside) on the passenger side were not operational. The Service Center replaced the passenger-side controller. No problem since then.

One more data point: got the car from SC yesterday. Updated firmware to 5.12, the Ionizer option is available and was ON when I received the car. VIN 429xx, produced 6/14.

I've limited power draw at home to 30A, since at 40A it sometimes trips the 50A breaker. The breaker is pretty old, it might be causing it. The wiring is 6-3, about 12 ft long into a brand new outlet, inspected by the city inspector about a week prior to delivery, so it must be the breaker...
