    Confused: I got my used Model 3 with 10.2 preinstalled (in Europe)

    I recently bought this used 2019 Model 3 from Tesla. The software tab says: v10.2 (2021.36.5.5 c6d521764ab9) Navigation Data : EU-2021.8-12875 I would like to understand the software versions on my Tesla. Why do I have 10.2? Isn't that a beta release only for FSD subscribers in the U.S.?
