    Live in Seattle, buy in San Francisco?

    Hi I'm a confused newbie potential customer- looking for a Model 3 Performance. Right now there are zero Model 3 Performance cars available in the Pacific Northwest. The local dealer just says "keep checking our inventory, it changes all the time". Why can't they grab one from California for me...
