Driver seat sagging

Anyone could help provide instructions to replace the foam in the driver seat? It has really became saggy over years of driving.

I ordered from RPMTesla and for 2 weeks. They charged my card but still have not shipped. I probably won't buy from them again. Does anyone have similar experience?
