    Tires are almost brand new. Purchased them less than 2 months ago with receipts on hand for new owner. There is a loan on the car from my bank which can be paid off pending an agreed upon deal.

    Just talked to an advisor at Tesla about UFSC (Derrick). He said with 100% confidence that in my car it would transfer. He said the qualification is based off the build date of the car and that almost anything pre-2017 should qualify. Most 2017’s would also, and 2018 on would not. Not my words...
