    Perforated leather repair/replace - Model X

Rats will eat anything lol. Since it chose that seat, and they are perforated, something may have spilled on the seat before and soaked into the foam. Which is what the little guy was probably trying to get. Maybe try an upholstery shop? Tesla will probably sell you another seat. If it's the...

creaking in front end, Warranty expires in 104 miles, but service center is 200 miles away

I would call service again to get that added on, instead of asking the mobile tech to do it while they're there. If the tech has a busy day, they won't be obligated to inspect the vehicle and might leave right after they're done with your original concern. The safe bet would be just to call the...

    Sway Bar Rattle

Try to record the noise. It would help everyone a lot more :)

Model S Technical / Mechanical Issues

You might have ran something over and it's stuck in the tire, which is why it's rotational noise. See if you can get someone to slowly move the car while you inspect the tire. You should also inspect the wheel well.

Model x locked out , Need Help

It's not rare nor is it common. If the contactors are faulty, then it would explain the dead 12V. The HV battery pretty much leaves the 12V system to fend for itself when there is a problem with the HV circuit.

    Wind noise at 70+mph?

While driving, gently stick your finger between the seal on the fixed glass (triangular glass) and the window. If it gets louder, it's usually the primary door seal. They'll probably insulate the seal if that's the case. A window adjustment may also be performed and a few other things.

left to right shimmy when accelerating

Rear toe is the only thing that can be adjusted, and is usually what causes the pull during accel and decel. Whether it's a bad toe link, or the bolt isn't torqued.

    Steering wheel clicking noises

I've read that TSB for the shims do not apply to the X. Although, there is also another remedy where they remove the bash plate and clean the mating surface, then re-torque the bolts. I'm sure they'll also check the torque on the front suspension too.

Have you seen this Technical Service Bulletin?

This is for the front though. The TSB that was posted by the OP is for the rear. I believe there is a TSB for the fore-links too, though.

UMC button sometimes doesn't unlock cable

You might be able to just go to the service center and get the replacement UMC there. They love car count, and it would be easy to check. Just let them know that your other UMC cable works, so all you need is a replacement. Unless, you're out of warranty lol.

Opening and Closing Sunroof is So EMBARRASSING!

It could be a lot of things, but the easiest, like everyone else has mentioned, is to lubricate the rails. Do not use a spray lubricant though. It's expensive, but the service center uses Klubersynth LI 44-22. Clean the rails with alcohol before applying the kluber and don't apply it without gloves.

    A/C Compressor Noise

The noise could have been normal the first time you went to the service center, but if you can hear the same buzzing noise at 1, then you should take it in again. The noise is the compressor ramping up. Since it's larger than most compressors, even other electric vehicles, it runs at a higher...
