Is this for the new Sprouts, In and Out, Raising canes development that’s set to open in the second quarter of 2024? Tesla chargers here would def make sense or in Lincoln Landing near downtown (City Sports, Habit Burger, Chipotle and Soudough and Co (coming soon)

I think North Hayward is set with these chargers, Target and upcoming ones at the Teaspoon, Nick the Greek lot. Mission Blvd def needs some chargers…

Nada as of last weekend.

More coming or expansion? I heard there’s more superchargers coming across from Chabot College at the Teaspoon, Dennys, Nick the Greek Parking lot

Some pic updates as of yesterday.

Approx 12-15k miles a year since she doesn’t always commute year round. So far we’ve settled at 75% limit and charges when she’s at home at around 45 to 75 limit after midnight. Gradually I’ll see if I can get it down to 55% charge limit if she’s comfortable.

Thanks for the detailed responses. I’ll see if my wife doesn’t have range anxiety setting the charge limit ~55% and charging every night when she’s home (aprox 20-25%)

Here’s a pic of the fences as of today. It’s taking up a big portion of the Safeway and Taco Bell parking lot. It’s in the early stages. I’ll take more pics as the construction progresses.

Nice! Any news on Mission Blvd? I’d say the old Kmart Site were Sprouts, Home Goods, Ross is planned is a good spot but would be way to crowded with In and Out and Raising Canes also coming.

Looks like Sprouts, In and Out, Crumbl cookies, Curry Pizza, Home Goods are now confirmed and coming along the construction. This lot will be super crowded and would be perfect for Tesla super chargers OR the Lincoln Landing area (former Meryvns HQ) would be another great spot on Foothill Blvd.

This is my parents car so I’m trying to help explain the issue. It appears that it’s the left scroll wheel that having issues. 1.pressing right doesn’t not skip to the next track 2. Cannot adjust the side mirror to the right. If you hold it down for like 3 seconds it does move so I don’t know...

Hi everyone, Has anyone experienced an issue where the right scroll wheel button doesn’t work when pressing right for changing the radio station or adjusting the right PS mirror? The left scroll wheel appears to be working fine but the right one has issues pressing right. Thanks in advance!

I’m sure others have questions in this too since Tesla recommends that you keep the car plugged in when it’s not in use. The the new LFP battery I’m most going to have my parents set the charge to like 90% and top off maybe once a week.

If you have the car parked and stored with the new LFP battery. Is it best to keep it at 100% plugged in at all the time? It’s current raining like crazy so my parents new 2023 is plugged in and scheduled to top off to 100% off peak hours (12am to 6am) in the garage. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!

Hoping to take delivery tomorrow. The current $7500 is a Tesla discount and the EV credit up to $7500 can still qualify in addition to this discount for the M3SR + if you file jointly under 300k HH correct?

I'm about a mile from these Urban chargers so I'm happy :) This would be great for the area since there's at least a half of dozen + of Tesla owners in my neighborhood.

I live in the Bay Area and I see 2-3 in a 5 Min drive from my house to the freeway from Hayward. From 880 to 101 I'll see 20 to 30 +. Heck, even at work I see at least 25 + a day. It's Tesla-fornia around here :)

Great News! About time :) The entire 880 freeway was devoid of superchargers till now. I was eyeing this location for awhile and was thinking that the Hayward chargers would be near Southland side since it's near the freeway and in the parking lot either near the Freeway next to the New Century...
