I also had this error. They had to tow my car in. No loaner for me, just 300 bucks in Lyft credit and no updates from a technician 24 hours in so far. Hopefully this isn't a broader issue because mine was not drive able and left me stranded.

What happened with yours? I got the same on my dual motor as well except my screen wouldn't come back on after turning it off through after on screen options which I didn't after it failed to both soft and hard reset. Had to be towed into the service center and I have no updates 24 hours in.

I'm looking to find a shop to install a 12v port in the front center console near the USB ports. Can anyone recommend car shops that have either done this before or that has experience with custom electrical work like this in the Seattle area? Thanks in advance.

Too true. I had already purchased my wraps before receiving the car to get ahead of the problem and the dry wipes that came with the kit to clean the center console scratched the console as I was prepping it.
